Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Order Confirmation: Upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, a follow-up email with tracking information will be sent.

We offer various shipping options to cater to your needs. Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier schedules and unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. We strive to offer competitive rates to provide you with the best value.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking details to update in the carrier's system.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. If an order is placed with one of these addresses, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery address.

Lost or Damaged Packages

While we take utmost care in packaging and shipping your order, once the package is with the carrier, it is beyond our control. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and, if necessary, provide a resolution at our discretion.
